The Simplified Needs Assessment       (for home and/or office)
Most on-site organizing projects start with an assessment of your unique lifestyle and organizing needs.  The assessment includes an on-site (or virtual*) tour of your home or office in order for us to create a customized plan of action that will result in a more organized and efficient home and/or office.  Lasting about 2 hours, this initial consultation provides the following:

· Identification of the cause of the disorganization and organizing personality type

· Guidance on how to start and the subsequent steps involved to reach your goal

· A time estimate and suggested schedule for on-site organizing sessions, to stay on track and keep it manageable 

· Recommended products and tools to create efficient systems and storage solutions

· Physical layout of your space is addressed

     

 *For clients outside our geographical reach, the Needs Assessment is conducted by phone, using photos of your space.

 

 

The Simplified Office Makeover (home-office & place of business)
A disorganized work space costs time, money and focus!  Our Simplified Office Makeover is guaranteed to:

· Improve focus and productivity (we give you back at least 30 minutes of productive time per day, probably more)

Our typical methods include defining the purpose of work spaces, sorting through the piles, custom-designing a user-friendly filing system (paper or electronic) based on the unique way you think, addressing electronic organizing techniques, stream-lining paper flow, and learning how to maintain your systems for lasting benefits that work for you.  The Simplified Office work sessions require a 3-hour minimum.  

 

    The Simplified Home Work Sessions
Envision your home as a sanctuary for rest and relaxation and enjoying life with family and friends.  Your home should be a place where you can walk in, close the door to a stress-filled world and say, “It feels so good to be home!”  Simplified Spaces will help you get there by freeing you from clutter and implementing easy-to-maintain systems that restore peace and order to your home.  You will once again enjoy your home, gain energy from your space, reduce clutter, save money and create access to the things you use and love. Typical program includes:

· Defining the purpose of each space/room in question

· Maximizing storage space

· Systematically deciding what to keep and what to send to a new home

· Organizing and storage product recommendations

· Improving retrieval of household possessions, action items and papers

· Removal of discarded items

· And finally conquering the clutter in any household space

Time varies for specific project, with a 3-hour session minimum.  

 

 

The Simplified Tele-Coaching Program

For Home and Office Organization

Expert advice any time you need help with an organization problem or project.  Tele-coaching sessions are an effective way to receive professional organizing advice when:

· You’ve started an organization project and don’t know what to do or where to go next

· You need assistance with dealing with the mail or cleaning out a clothes closet or garage

· You need organizing systems implemented that will help you take control of your environment, your time and your life

· You don’t even know where to begin to get organized!

 

These 30-minute coaching sessions can get or keep you motivated and focused on your organizing projects.  You will learn simple systems to bring order out of chaos.  “How-to” guidelines and instructions will be e-mailed to you after each session.  This is your opportunity to discuss your organization issues one-on-one with a veteran Professional Organizer.  Like our on-site organizing services, the Tele-Coaching Option is also highly customized to your particular needs and goals.  It just relies more on you to do the heavy lifting yourself!   Photographs of your space or project e-mailed are helpful.   Service includes: Offered in 1/2 hour telephone sessions and “How to” guidelines

 

The Simplified Move Package

The Simplified Move Assessment

If the mere thought of putting your house on the market makes you tremble, let us ease your fears.  In this assessment, we walk through your home with the eyes of a buyer.  The result is a detailed report, with recommendations for improving the first impression/curb appeal of each area of your home and achieving a Simplified Move.  After following our suggestions, you can be selling your home faster and getting top dollar!  Consider this:  “’First Impression’ improvements such as decluttering are one of the smartest ways to speed the sale of a home and fetch a better price.”          (Source: NY Association of Realtors)

 

As you prepare for your move, creating order on the front end can make unpacking a breeze.  Our Simplified Move Assessment can include an evaluation of the available storage space in your new home and suggestions on where to put things to create organized systems.  Includes an evaluation of what you have and a plan for how to arrange your belongings for optimum organization. 

 

The Simplified Move Work Sessions

Save time, money and stress on your relocation.  In these hands-on sessions, we will work together to check off items in the “Simplified Move” Assessment and/or assist you in preparing for your move.  We declutter, pre-pack, rearrange, and more to make your home sparkle for prospective buyers. 

 

As move day approaches, we can assist you in deciding what to purge and what to pack, coordinate service providers, disburse the things that go to a new home (consignment store, charity, family or grown children, etc.)

 

When you arrive at your new home, starting out in a well-planned home will mean you’ll create order from the day you move in.  We’ll unpack, place and arrange your belongings into simple and logical systems for optimal storage and access, and clear away packing materials. 

 

Depending on the scope of the assessment, additional work sessions will likely be needed to prepare your home.  (3 hour session minimum) 

 

 

 

The Simplified Maintenance Plan

Customized and consistent maintenance is the best prevention to the re-invasion of clutter.  Many clients utilize Simplified Services Organizing Services on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

 

 Once the initial project is completed, a maintenance program is available to help continue to benefit from the organization level you have already achieved. In the Simplified Maintenance Service Plan, clients receive the latest, most up-to-date organizing solutions and products. 

 

A customized maintenance schedule will be created to meet your needs.  Maintenance services are charged by the hour.
